Oldcastle Precast

Oldcastle Precast, Inc. was built in 1991 on 8 acres of land approximately 12 miles northeast of Charlotte, NC. The facility is designed to manufacture Precast utility vaults, box culverts, manholes, and catch basins.
The plant is 32,500 sq. ft consisting of an 80'x250' production bay with a 15 ton and a 25/10 ton crane, both with a hook height of 26'. The steel shop is 50'x125' with a 5 ton crane.
